Google flags everything as suspicious / malware this morning

Did anyone else notice this morning that Google appears to be flagging everything as malware? I first noticed in Google's Webmaster tools, it had flagged my site as suspicious, but the link to Google's analysis was throwing a server error. It was a bit of a scare!, but if you look at the following screenshot, you'll see Google flags itself as malware on searches!
